Internet options
The system supports Microsoft Edge and the Google Chrome browser. ONESOURCE Trust Tax uses pop-up windows to display some data. By default, Edge and Chrome block pop-ups from automatically displaying. The sections below show you how to allow pop-ups to automatically display in Edge and Chrome.

Some Internet options may be controlled by your IT department. To set Internet options, we encourage you to contact and work with your IT department.
To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Edge:
- Open the Edge browser.
- SelectSettings and morethenSettings.
- SelectCookies and site permissions.
- Scroll down to then selectPop-ups and redirects.
- ReviewBlock (recommended). If necessary, switch the slider to turn it on.
- SelectAddnext toAllow.
- Enterthomsonreuters.comin theSitefield then selectAdd.
To allow pop-ups to automatically display in Chrome:
- Open the Chrome browser.
- SelectMorethenSettings.
- SelectPrivacy and securitythenSite Settings.
- SelectPop-ups and redirects.
- Review the settings underDefault behavior. If necessary, selectDon't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
- SelectAddnext toAllowed to send pop-ups and use redirects.
- Enterthomsonreuters.comin theSitefield then selectAdd.
