LogMeIn rescue remote support tool
LogMeIn Rescue is a tool Support Representatives use to connect remotely to you to view your screen. To join a LogMeIn Rescue session:
- Go to or
- Enter the PIN the support rep gives you and selectStart Download.This isn't an installation, just a one-time file you download that lets the remote session open on your computer.
- Once downloaded, double-click to runSupport-LogMeInRescue.exe.
- Scroll to the end of the Terms and Conditions and selectAccept.
- If you get a message asking if you want to let this app make changes to your device, selectYes.
- Once the session starts, you'll see a ¶¶Òõ³ÉÄê session window. SelectOkto grant permission for the support rep to view your screen.
- Once you're ready to end the session, close the ¶¶Òõ³ÉÄê session window.
