Review and pay invoices

You'll need to pay or review invoices in .

Review invoices

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select
    View Orders
    .
  3. Choose the time period you'd like to review.
    note
    My Account shows invoices from the last 3 months when you visit this page, but you can choose to show invoices from the past 36 months.
  4. Select the
    Order Number
     to show the details of your order.
    note
    • Order Details:
       applications and services, version, quantity, expiration date, and amount paid.
    • Payment Details:
       invoice date, payment date, payment method, and amounts.
    • Financed orders:
      order date, description, payment due date, and amount. Payment Details update after each payment. 

Pay invoices

You always have the option to pay your balance at any time.
  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select
    View Orders with payments due
    .
  3. Mark the checkbox for each invoice in
    Select items to pay
    .
    note
    Invoices with payment due show in red.
  4. You can select
    View Invoice
     to show the full invoice.
  5. You can select
    View Payment Schedule
     for more information on a financed order.
  6. Select
    Pay Now
    .
  7. Select your method of payment.
  8. Select
    Pay Total Amount
    .

If this was your final financed payment, your updated licenses will be available within 30 minutes. If you use a local computer or server, you'll need to download the updated licenses in the application. Virtual Office CS and Software as a service will apply your licenses automatically.
