To ask for a refund, send a PRP code refund request by email to cs.service@thomsonreuters.com to CS Customer Support.
We'll reply by email. If we approve your request, we'll credit your firm's account. You can use this credit toward future PRP authorization codes.
To complete the email, you'll need the following information:
Firm ID or telephone number.
PRP codes you want refunded. You can find this in UltraTax CS in File > Client Properties or in the PRP/ELF Report in your ¶¶Òõ³ÉÄê account.

For the reasons for the refund, you can enter one or more of the following:
The client's TIN changed.
I retrieved the code accidentally.
I'm not filing a return for the client.
The taxpayer and spouse switched places on the return.
