Name change same owner
A same owner聽name change聽is what you'd submit if you need to change the account name but there's no change in ownership.
Typically, there's commonality between the old and new account names such as a common named partner. Same owner changes can also occur when a corporation changes their name as the result of an internal decision rather than a merger or buyout.
