Renewals for Checkpoint products
Auto renewals
Products enrolled in an automatic renewal subscription auto-renew at the end of the term.
If you cancel your subscription at any time, the cancellation applies to the next term.
Auto shipment subscriptions
For your products enrolled in an automatic shipment subscription, you receive new volumes, loose-leaf pages, supplements, new disk versions or updates.Â
All updates bill at the current rates, plus shipping and handling, with invoices billed upon shipment.Â
You can return updates within 30 days of your receipt, and cancel future updates anytime, by contacting us at (800) 431-9025. Ask us for a prepaid return label.
Advance renewal invoices
Advance renewal invoices ensure uninterrupted service throughout the renewal process. You receive an advance renewal invoice before your subscription ending at these intervals:
- 120 days
- 75 days, if not already renewed
- 30 days, if not already renewed
- 15 days after the start date of the renewed term if not already paid
Non-subscription products
Non-subscription products ship with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you'd rather return the product, return it within 30 days of receipt for full credit. Contact us at (800) 431-9025 for a prepaid return label.
