David W. Simon is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, where he advises corporate boards, executives, and multinational companies on government enforcement, compliance, corporate governance, and reputational risk. He also serves on Foley’s AI Steering Committee.
David holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford Sa茂d Business School and teaches at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he developed the seminar Lawyer as Strategic Business Advisor. His teaching, scholarship, and commentary focus on corporate governance, organizational ethics and integrity, reputational risk, the strategic role of lawyers in business, and the changing structure, economics, and future of the legal industry and profession.
