Print form instructions in e-Form RS

You can print form instructions from the My Forms screen and through the Publications and Research tab.
To print form instructions from My Forms screen:
  1. Select
    My Forms
     from
    Forms
     menu.
  2. The
    View Instructions
     column in the form list will display
    Y
     if the corresponding form has form instructions available. Select
    Y
     to open the form instructions in PDF.
  3. Select
    Print
     from the
    File
     menu in Adobe Reader.
  4. Select printing options, then select
    Print
    .
To print form instructions through the Publications and Research tab:
  1. Select
    Publications and Research
     tab, then select
    Form Instructions
    .
  2. Use the Selection Criteria section to set filters such as year, state and description. You can also enter keywords in the search field on the column headers to further to narrow your search.
  3. Double-click a form name on the list to view the instructions.
  4. Select
    Print
     from the
    File
     menu in Adobe Reader.
  5. Select printing options, then select
    Print
    .
    To view instructions while the form is opened, select Form Instructions from the top toolbar. Alternatively, right-click on any part of the form where there are no fields to access the option in a context menu.
